Cancellation/Modification Policy

Tadpole believes in serving its customers with best of the services and as far as possible resolving the issues keeping their interest on top and has therefore designed a liberal cancellation policy Under this policy Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

Refund/Replacement Policy

We aim at long term relation and thus your satisfaction is our priority. Based on these principles we have laid down a simple straight and self explanatory refund/replacement policy. Purchases are retractable only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• when the designer materially changes the item's description after a purchase has been made, a clear typographical error is made, or there if a seller defaults in any way with the product listed or in the delivery of the same.
• If a product is damaged or defective in terms of size, color,quantity, style or category, the same can be returned /exchanged as per case basis.

Tadpole Store’ decision on whether a return/exchange demanded shall be approved or not will be final and binding.

However the following Products shall not be returned/exchanged:

• Made to Order. 
• Product bought under sale/discount/seasonal offer/ special promotion.
• Products for which such a condition is mention in the product information.

Disclaimer

Please keep in mind that there might be variations on the actual color and texture from what is evident in the pictures, due to the technological limitations in such presentation. Also, being handmade the designers put in best of their efforts in trying to achieve that the goods are as close to the mentioned specifications. However please keep into account minor variations considering the manufacturing process. Tadpole Store allows users, who comply with Tadpole Store's policies to buy goods within a fixed-price format. The buyer acknowledges this risk while he agrees to this terms and conditions.
