Cancellations and Modifications to your order
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the designer/s have initiated the process of producing/ shipping your order.
Any modifications to your order would also be governed by the above terms.
We aim at building long term relations and thus your satisfaction is our priority. Based on these principles we have laid down a simple, straight and self explanatory replacement/refund policy. All refund/ replacement requests are to be made within 15 days of receiving the order.
Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit, you can decline to accept such an order and update us on the same. We shall send you a replacement piece.
If the product is delivered to you in a broken/damaged state. Please email us a picture of the same within 24 hours to email@example.com to initiate a refund/ replacement on the same.
In an unlikely event, where the product that is delivered to you differs from its description, is materially different or differs in size, colour or quantity from what had been ordered by you, we would be happy rectify the error, if possible.

The authorisation to approve a refund would be at the discretion of Tadpole Store. Once the damaged/ incorrect product is received by us in its original state and has been approved by our Quality Team, you shall be provided with a store credit towards the full amount paid by you for the product. Or, upon your request, proceed with the refund of the amount back to your credit card/ debit card/ bank account, in which case return shipping charges and transaction fees might be applicable.
For orders placed via Cash on Delivery refund would be processed in form of Store credit only.
Please note, the following products shall not be returned/ exchanged:
- Products Made to Order or customised as per your size. Products personalised as per your requirement.
- Products bought under sale/discount/seasonal offer/ special promotion.
- Products for which such a condition is mentioned in the product information.
Please keep in mind that there might be variations on the actual color and texture from what is evident in the pictures, due to the technological limitations in such presentation. Also, being handmade the designers put in best of their efforts in trying to achieve that the goods are as close to the mentioned specifications. However please keep into account minor variations considering the manufacturing process. Tadpole Store allows users, who comply with Tadpole Store's policies to buy goods within a fixed-price format. The buyer acknowledges this risk while she/he agrees to this terms and conditions.
